Special rate is available for conference participants at Moscow Marriott Grand Hotel for 11000 RUB per night (Including breakfast, not including VAT)

Visa Support – All tourists who are traveling to Russia must obtain a Russian visa, with the exception for those residents whose countries have visa-free regime with Russia.
Visa support is provided by the Hotel after room reservation. Guest must fill out special application form with personal data. This service is guaranteed by credit card. This service is provided free of charge.

Conference materials – At the registration all participants will receive carrier bags with conference materials. All presentations DELIVERED at the conference will be available for the participants online for a month after the date of the event.

Simultaneous interpreting to and from English/Russian will be available for every presentation.

Business casual attire is suggested for the duration of the conference.

Business cards and badges – We recommend participants have sufficient number of business cards for successful networking during the conference and exhibition. All participants MUST wear the personal badge, received at the registration desk, while visiting the conference, expo-zone and all informal functions within the event.
